The dust from the battle of 7/7 has cleared, and Tokyo Manji’s First Division stands victorious over Yotsuya Kaidan, leaving its second in command, Hishi Kojiro, vulnerable. After hearing that someone was hunting down Yotsuya’s remaining members, Ryusei Sato rushes to save his best friend with Keisuke Baji and Matsuno Chifuyu at his side. Now, Kojiro’s older brother and Yotsuya’s leader, Hishi Kensho, emerges from the shadows to get revenge on everyone responsible for his gang’s crushing defeat, including its members who lost and his own brother.
