Presents a review of the leading models of nuclear structure. This work discusses the theoretical advances in major areas of nuclear structure, and interdisciplinary aspects of the many-body problem. It examines the experimental data in light of state-of-the-art calculations; and covers advances in several areas of theoretical structure.
