Caroline Molesworth began to make scientific observations in the garden of her home in Cobham, Surrey in 1823, and continued until 1867. This 1880 publication, edited by the entomologist Eleanor Ormerod, summarises Molesworth's records for the period 1825â€"50, providing a record of use to anyone investigating long-term climate change.
