Originally published in 1930, this book contains the last of three volumes on the origin and progress of the Christian faith from its origins in Judaism until the early twentieth century. Volume three reviews the current status of Church doctrine and methods of worship, particularly in England, and examines the Church's on-going tasks in the world.
