In 1988, two American diplomats are kidnapped after a meeting in Damascus with President Assad. The CIA turns to Laura Messier, a former agent with regional contacts. After Messier finds the hostage location, The White House issues a Presidential Finding for military action. Messier's 8 person team fights over 150 militia to rescue the hostages.
