This volume covers the key themes of political sociology as these have emerged in the course of the (sub-)discipline’s development. The articles include discussion of a broad range of theoretical and conceptual issues and reflect the widening of the focus of political sciology from the nation-state and from models of power based on agents’ wills and explicit agendas.
