A young writer meets an older man in a Belgian bar who begins to tell him an intriguing story about a famous author that the younger man has long admired. The young writer agrees to meet the next night to hear more. But the tale that the old man weaves turns erotic and then sinister, and ultimately reveals dark secrets about all three men.
