Volume 1 includes camelias, pelargoniums, fuchsias, magnolias, euphorbias, hibiscus and bourgainvillaea, as well as tender roses and other select groups. There are also introductory chapters on garden and greenhouse cultivation, types of conservatory and on the habitat of species in the wild.
