Despite the large lecture courses commonly found in colleges, the essence of learning is essentially a one-to-one dialogue between a tutor and learner. This work examines the sector of online educational services for individuals involved with e-tutoring and e-mentoring. It offers an analysis of how learning and knowledge acquisition occurs.
