A quirky local personality who is revealed to be descended from a line of witches is once again practising her family's trade. This does not go down well with the descendant of the magistrate who brought the original magic-makers to trial. Soon, mummies are walking the streets of Morecambe and there is death in the back alleys of Lancaster.
