Drawing upon sources including EURATOM and the OECD, the author offers a detailed overview of the current state of radioactive waste management (RWM) in the EU.  Extrapolating insights from other contested energy infrastructures, this book highlights the key successes and challenges in the quest for a more participatory RWM programme.
