The book presents the conditions of entry and residence in the EU for third-country nationals during states of emergency. It contains the new EU regulation, known as the New Pact on Migration and Asylum. The right of third-country nationals within the EU is not absolute. Nonetheless, restrictions should not infringe upon fundamental rights.
