When the angel assassin Malach requests Nick''s skills in locating the mysteriously missing Archangel Michael, Nick is quickly propelled into a sinister conspiracy to bring about Armageddon. In the course of his investigation, Nick must align himself with a ragtag group of rebel angels, a Satanic cult, the new witch Antonia, and his old nemesis, Therion, the Beast of Revelations.
