This book highlights the issues of monitoring and management of the conditions necessary for the proper operation of modern systems of engineering protection of water resources. The ways to improve the economic efficiency of the environmental programs and integrated approaches to the creation of all-encompassing policies for the use of natural resources are discussed in this monograph, alongside with a new model describing technogenic disasters that have been created to determine the trajectory of the flow of oil and oil products spilled in the rivers and their penetration into the soil. New highly effective methods to protect the hydraulic resources and environment against ecological damage and their economic evaluation are proposed. Innovative hydro technical anti-mudflow structures designed to protect the ski jump structures are presented. Innovations are achieved by reducing the force of dynamic impact on them, simplifying existing structures and reducing the costs.
