The desired leader
This study intends to contribute to the state of the art of Ethical Leadership and its effects on the ethical climate of an organization and on Work Engagement. Additionally, this study considers the effects of an Ethical Organizational Climate on employee output. Pragmatically, this study intends to increase our understanding, and draW attention to, the role that Leadership and ethical climates have play in creating competitive advantages in the form of human and organizational capital. To introduce the study and the topic, I start by presenting the study objectives, followed by the methodology used, primary conclusions, and the thesis structure.
